Curlicue Coverlet Shawl

I finished my Curlicue Coverlet Shawl:


Originally, this is a pattern for a baby blanket/coverlet knit in 15 short-row sections. I knit only the first 10 sections to wear it as an over-the shoulder-draping shawl.

STRAWBERRY HERSHEY

Introducing my newest colorway - STRAWBERRY HERSHEY:



In person the yarn looks really yummy, hence the name. It looks like chocolate covered strawberries... It is available as 4-ply and 6-ply skeins in my shop, Wolle's Yarn Creations.

Critters

During the recent snowstorms we have been feeding all kinds of critters gathering on the porch. Our squirrel liked the buffet so much that he brought his friend:



But just eating was is on display is boring, right? So why not dig for hidden treasures?

Meanwhile, Gerti and Waldo - our two cats - are watching, but not too closely...

Feeding everybody in the SNOW

We have had a lot of snow here in Virginia over the last few days. Sitting inside high, dry, and warm, the white wonderland looks beautiful. One of our outside cats decided to stay inside, the other two are braving the elements - together with a lot of other creatures:
